- Nilam Sanghvi – Legal Director for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project
- Brandon Garrett – Director of the Wilson Center for Science and Justice at Duke Law
- Mark Fallon – Career law enforcement professional and director of Project Aletheia, a center established to bridge the gap between the science and practice of interrogation.
- Marty Tankleff – Wrongfully convicted in New York at 17, after falsely confessing during an interrogation to murdering his own parents. He spent 17 years in prison while the perpetrator remained free.
